This session includes hands-on training for the Asset, Technician, Calendar PM, Meter PM and Work Order Modules.  In addition, training in the use of Query and Search functions is also conducted. 

Advanced Planning (1/2 day)

This session includes hands-on training for planning multiple trades, tasks and materials per Work Order. Work Management course is a prerequisite.

 Materials Management (2 days)

This session includes hands-on training for the Inventory, Purchase Requisitions and Purchasing Modules.  In addition, training in the use of Query and Search functions is also conducted.

 System Administrator (1/2 day)

This session includes hands-on training focusing on the configuration of the ePAC application and the Security Module. Previous ePAC application experience or Work Management\Materials Management training is required to participate in the course

 Implementation Planning (2 days)

This course is intended for the core project team to asses current maintenance business processes and define future maintenance business rules with consideration of best practices. If teamed with ePAC application training, goals, objectives and schedules for the most successful implementation will be defined

 Crystal Reports for ePAC (3 days)

This session includes hands-on training for creating Crystal Reports using the ePAC data tables. This course includes modifying existing standard ePAC reports including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Work Orders. Previous ePAC application experience or ePAC training is required to participate in the course
